3. Estimates & Pricing

Free estimates are provided.

Pricing varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project.

Final pricing will be outlined in a written agreement before work begins.

Any additional work requested after project approval may result in additional charges.

4. Payments

A deposit may be required before starting the project.

Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in the project agreement.

Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Project Timeline

Estimated start and completion dates will be provided.

Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Castro Flooring is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide access to the property during scheduled work hours.

Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available if required.

Remove personal items from work areas before project start.

7. Changes & Cancellations

Any changes to the project scope must be approved in writing.

Cancellations after materials have been ordered may result in charges.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage.

8. Warranties

Workmanship warranty details will be specified in the project agreement.

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters.

9. Limitation of Liability

Castro Flooring is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.
